Thai boxing

Posted on Friday, November 20th, 2009

The Thai boxing side of the gym has been running for ten years as the gym used to be solely a Thai boxing gym, the Thai boxing class’s use exactly the same formula as the boxing class’s no more than six students per class to optimise learning our Thai boxing coach has been teaching Thai boxing for ten years so has massive experience in coaching.

This side of the club has had some great success with a former British champion training here and more recently one of our students narrowly missing out winning an eight man tournament just losing in the final after fighting twice already that night.

If anybody is interested and wants to book their free first session feel free to contact the gym on 01204 493563, or email us at info@eliteboxing.co.uk

hi i have done some kick boxing a few years ago but nothing major, i was wondering would i fit in joining now, i’m 26 not over weight but not in shape, i am interested in joining though.

  10. Elite Boxing says:

    Hi Josh,

At Elite we train people up from novices to professional boxers but it takes a while to get your fitness levels up then teach you all the basics and introduce sparring, all of this is done over a continued period of time. most professional boxers have had thirty or more amateur fights and have trained since being young.
At Elite you can train from 8 years old so yes you can definitely start, I have e mailed you a price list over!

look forward to hearing from you soon..

  32. Shak says:

Hi, I am a complete beginner, I have never taken up anything like this before and I would like to purely for fitness, most probably loose wieght in the process and for self defence.

Please can you post me a price list and your location and the equipment I may require if not supplied along with prices.

Please advise what training is involved in teaching and learning tie boxing within a usual session and how long does a session last. Day & Times of classes would be helpful.

    Many Thanx

  33. Elite Boxing says:

    Hi,

All of our lessons are small private classes and because we have three full time coaches at the all day we always separate our classes so that everyone gets the most out of there class and your training with people of a similar standard and fitness level to yourself.

The cost of the classes depends on how many classes you take part in per week for example two lessons a week is £65 a month, the are several different options however this is the most popular one. We are open from 9am until 9pm and the lessons start on the hour and last for an hour.

we are based in Halliwell, Bolton and the post code is BL1 3ND.

If this sounds ok and you would like to come down for a free trial i could book you in now?

    Many thanks
