I lost over 2 and half stone in just under 12 months, mostly through my stricter version of the slimming world diet and doing my own low carb high protein meal prep and cutting out alcohol for months at a time. Then the push I needed getting back into exercise was coming back to Elite boxing gym in January 2017. The classes helped me motivate myself to exercise on my own and I couldn’t give up with the encouragement from the coaches at Elite Boxing in Bolton.
I try to come to Elite Boxing gym around work and uni and the Ladies only boxing classes and private boxing classes accommodate this. I first came to ladies boxing classes 6 years ago when I was 16 years old but moving to uni and other lifestyle changes meant I couldn’t continue training at Elite Boxing, I ended up putting on 3 stone.
I have lost 2 and half stone so far… 5.5 inches off my bum and 7 inches off my waist. I lost my last stone coming back to Elite Boxing along side weight lifting.
I have also noticed a massive difference in my body fat and body shape. I am now trying to get more cardio in my regime but I wouldn’t have done it if I didn’t come back to Elite Boxing.
