James Toney [counterpunch master class]

James Toney made his debut to his professional boxing career on October 26, 1988, against Stephen Lee. Winning that in just two rounds by Technical knockout! On March 10, 1989, Toney’s manager Johnny Smith was killed outside of the Page One Bar in Detroit. Toney is an amazing all round fighter, he has won three world championship titles in three different weight categories. James Toney had an amazing boxing career, he fought eighty-three times, won seventy-two , forty-four of which by KO, losing only 6 with three draws and two no-contests . Toney was named fighter of the year by ring magazine twice [1991, 2003]. Toney was spotted at UFC 108, and then that led to talks with UFC president Dana White. Toney agreed to a multi fight deal with UFC and his making his debut against Randy Couture in UFC 118 on the 28th august.
