New opening times

Elite is now open all day from 8 in the morning until 9 at night! So there is plenty of time for you to train whether you work shifts or finish work late. We have recently helped one of our members Ricky fletcher lose four stone in three months which is made even more amazing by the fact that he is 42 years old, so well done to Ricky and keep up the good work. He is not the only member to gain great results but just 1 of many students.
