With our vast knowledge of fitness, circuit training, and diet information, you'll see results much more quickly than in a typical gym. We also employ a fully qualified nutritionist at Elite Boxing who can assist you in creating personal diet plans.
Although this isn't boxercise, it is none contact. You'll get the full benefits of a boxing class; you'll learn how to box, which is excellent for self-defence, self-confidence and improving your fitness. All at the same time!
Our classes are fitness based, with no contact, predominantly circuit training. On certain evenings we're happy to teach boxing techniques to those ladies who want to learn them. But we focus primarily on improving and maintaining fitness, losing weight, and toning up. In a typical session, you could burn up to 1000 calories.
We don't apply our standard limit of 6 people per class to our women's boxing sessions; instead, there could be up to ten women in each class. However, we always ensure a mixture of activities, including skipping, pads, light weights, boxing techniques and plenty of fitness-based circuits.
